At Elohim Healthcare Services, we believe meaningful support begins by truly knowing the person—not just their service plan. We are an authorized Medicaid provider through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), serving adults who receive services through DDD as well as individuals accessing supports through private insurance.
Founded in 2019 by Ella Houston, RN-BC, MSN, Elohim Healthcare Services was built on more than a combined 30 years of experience in both Nursing Practice and Leadership. That experience shaped a simple but guiding belief: exceptional care is never just about services—it is about listening, understanding, and treating every person with dignity, respect, and genuine attention.
As a family-owned and operated agency, we remain intentionally personal in how we work. We build real relationships, communicate consistently, and partner closely with individuals, families, guardians, and Support Coordinators to ensure services are meaningful, flexible, and responsive over time.
